Synchronization measurement based on Poincaré’s sphere

چکیده
Abstract Synchronization is an important phenomenon occurring in many complex systems, such as neural networks, power grids, or social networks. Various methods have been proposed to measure synchronization, each with its advantages and limitations. In this work, we introduce the Poincaré sphere a generalized of which provides useful tool visualize similarities between oscillations. We propose notion “total synchronization,” considers amplitude, frequency, phase all can be measured visualized simultaneously on sphere. show that visualizing oscillatory trajectories has over more typical two-dimensional representation, particularly cases where projection onto space cannot capture different Furthermore, apply new synchronization measurement linear nonlinear oscillators provide two concrete examples application jitter noisy oscillations quantizing solutions oscillator-based Ising machines. Our work demonstrates usefulness perspective studying systems.

Real time measurement system based on wireless instrumented sphere
In this work, we developed a new measurement system which includes a Wireless Instrumented Sphere (WIS) and a Graphical User Interface (GUI) software, called Real Time Analysis (RTA). This system is able to acquire, process and visualize the three axis acceleration of the WIS allowing the identification and measurements of rotations, vibrations and impacts in real time. The aim of this instrume...
متن کاملFamily of controllers for attitude synchronization on the sphere
In this paper we study a family of controllers that guarantees attitude synchronization for a network of elements in the unit sphere domain, i.e., S. We propose distributed continuous controllers for elements whose dynamics are controllable (i.e., control with torque as command), and which can be implemented by each individual agent without the need of a common global orientation frame among th...
متن کاملA three-sphere swimmer for flagellar synchronization
In a recent letter (Friedrich et al., Phys. Rev. Lett. 109 138102, 2012), a minimal model swimmer was proposed that propels itself at low Reynolds numbers by a revolving motion of a pair of spheres. The motion of the two spheres can synchronize by virtue of a hydrodynamic coupling that depends on the motion of the swimmer, but is rather independent of direct hydrodynamic interactions. This nove...
متن کاملmortality forecasting based on lee-carter model
over the past decades a number of approaches have been applied for forecasting mortality. in 1992, a new method for long-run forecast of the level and age pattern of mortality was published by lee and carter. this method was welcomed by many authors so it was extended through a wider class of generalized, parametric and nonlinear model. this model represents one of the most influential recent d...

The line-structured light vision sensor has been used widely in industrial vision measuring fields due to its simple structure, small volume, light weight, low cost, convenient calibration, and high accuracy of measurement. To locate the reference sphere precisely with line-structured light vision sensor, a mathematical model based on the measuring principle of line-structured light vision sens...
